As it was planned by a teacher who wants to kids to experience as much as possible during a trip, yes, we did visit some tourist locations. Namely the Musée d'Orsay (an awesome museum I have been to twice already), the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre (also been there twice already, still not enough x'D). Oh, and we have been to the Notre Dame, but well... still not rebuild yet :/

We were so lucky that the pandemic didn't hit again. The last two years all the class trips were cancelled and most classes are really depressed already :/
My favourite place? That is really hard to decide but I guess it is the Musée d'Orsay, as they have a nice little collection of painting by Vincent van Gogh and some really amazing statues!

No, but I live close to the French border (Saarland in Germany) and it only takes 2 hours to get to Paris by train from here xD

Pandemic is closing in on us again. Numbers are going up.
We are just hoping that it will stay rather calm for one more month as we want to go to Cologne with our 10th class as they haven't been on any trips for years and it is their last year together. *sighs*
