nopeee. actually it doesn't happen on my work apple ipad...xD maybe because its a tablet? but it does the zoom thing on my itouch. xD which is like mobile/cell phone size.

The zoom issue is probably a big fix and it may take them a super long time to fix it depending on where the root of the issue is.

My husband used to go coding and from what he's described it can often be super frustrating and difficult to track down errors.
