There's a bubble tea place only 15 minutes walk from my house! I love it, because I can use the app to order just before leaving the house and it's ready (or almost) when I arrive, lol.
I still don't go very often, though, it's a once every couple of months thing for me as well, but when I go I get 2-3 different kinds at the same time and leave them in the fridge for the following work week. xDDDD
And my favorite is the passion fruit tea, soooooo good. I don't think I'd like it with coconut milk of all things (as I don't like cocomilk), but regular milky versions are really good too!
@Kitalpha Hart, There was another bubble shop a long time ago that closed a few days after I discovered it existed as well, LOL. Now this other one opened even closer and is still around, so I'm really glad~ Maybe bubble tea isn't very popular where you are?

@Hotarla, To be fair, I also don't fully trust my own method but I can't (don't want to) go to the shop before work, so if I want my tea during the work week I have to get it the Sunday before, lol. Though I only keep in the fridge the ones made with tea, fruit juice and fruit jellies, so it won't risk going bad like milk or tapioca pearls can, lol.
And funnily enough, I hate soy milk point blank but don't mind oat milk. I find it gross to drink on its own though, but with coffee or cereal it's great. :)

i like soy milk. it's the second creamiest vegan milk i've had (the creamiest is coconut milk). i can't have regular milk or any dairy so i'm glad alternatives exist.
