Speaking of summer weather... Is it just where I am, or is teenage fashion getting more and more skimpy D: I browsed this clothes store that caters to teens the other day, and didn't find a single shirt that covers the belly :mcargh:

Virtual donuts best donuts. All the fun with none of the calories!

Already I've had to get more high-waisted pants to accommodate the shorter shirts...

I suppose that's how it's meant to be worn: higher pants and shorter shirts. Showing not the whole belly but an strategic part of it. Or something.
Not my style either.
Fortunately you can always count on t-shirts for guys to be longer, and I don't mind buying those.

I like high waisted pants but not the cropped shirts LOL

OMG this shop I like always has cooler print t-shirts for men than for women! And it's so sad because the men's sizes doesn't fit well QAQ

Have you tried shopping at thrift stores? They usually have some gems in there as long as you're not plus sized.
I've seen some really cute clothes.

I usually only buy clothes online because they don't carry my sizes in store most of the time.

I do hate the trend of the high rise front of the shirts because I have a large chest so the shirt rises super high!

I've shopped at thrift stores before and gotten really nice deals! :mclove:
Unfortunately, after some pretty bad encounters with bugs and skin rashes, I've gotten really paranoid. Like logically I know there's no real difference between buying from a thrift store and a regular store as long as I wash the clothes well, but my brain can't get over that second-hand hurdle :mcheh:

Ahhh the online clothes shopping dilemma! Online shops carry such cute and fun styles but it's always a gamble with material and size :mcdead:

I do like the look of some of the short-top combinations, but I'm super shy about showing skin DDD:

There are no thrift stores here, it's not a thing. Which is a pity, I absolutely love the idea. Because it's something that relies on good quality stuff, and I'm all for good quality.

I should try buying online more too...
I mean, I know some brands which work with materials I like, but I'm always too afraid I'll get the sizing wrong :|

Out of topic. Complicated day today. I had hoped to spend a good amount of time in the forums, but had to go to the doctors with my husband.
Some unknown alergy caused him rashes all over the body v_v

Oh no is he alright? D:

I've had those bad skin rashes caused by allergies too, they're painful and hard to heal D: does your husband have eczema or any other skin conditions?

Nope, he does not have any skin condition.
But he's allergic to some stuff - but nothing we know could have caused this reaction, his reactions are usually mild.
We thought it could have been some insect - we were bitten a few night ago, we thought it was mosquitoes but maybe it was something different?
The doctor told him it could have been some ingredient of the antibiotics he was taking. And that it was impossible to know for sure, unless he had more episodes.

He's feeling way better now, but yesterday he also had an appointment with the surgeon cause he's gonna have some (not worrisome) surgery on July.
Kind of a full day for him.
