I agree. The heat is just horrid as of late. For me it's the humidity that kills me. I swear the second you step outside you feel as though you need to shower again.

@light: lol No I don't like hot foods cold, but thanks for the suggestion. She finally ate a hot dog. That's all she felt like.

We made some pasta salad made mainly from cooled down grilled veggies recently, that was really good and refreshing, since the veggies made it really juicy.

I think it was mostly Zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers and some tomatoes (those not grilled).
We also added a bit of sausage for taste.

Sounds good. Thing is my dad doesn't like eggplant and zucchini and I have yet to convince him to try cooking with them. Old man is stubborn. lol

Hm, that's impractical ;)
I'm sure you could make it from some other vegetables you like as well, just make sure they're more on the soft and juicy side when grilled.

Thing is I've never had eggplant, so I've been wanting to try it. lol
I'm working on my fantasy world, and I still haven't made a map, but now I'm thinking I don't like the name for the world. I call my world Mystiqa (pronounced Mysti-ca) But I wonder if I should figure out something better?

I prefer hot dogs cooked on a grill or over a fire rather than boiled. I do wonder if it's safe to cook hot dogs directly on a flame from a gas stove.
I don't really like eggplant and zucchini. I am annoyingly picky about my foods. I really wish that I wasn't.
I might try making some sort of pasta salad soon. Use small bits of chicken for flavor. Yum yum.
Oh man. Don't ask me. I am awful at naming things.
Though I think generally it's a good idea to come up with a few options and trying them out.
