Yes, I work a 12 hour night shift, 6pm to 6am. This is my long week and I have 2 more days before I get a break. Just pooped, man.

Ugh, that does sound exhausting! Once you get the break, it will probably fell great though, right? Do you then have some days off or just shorter hours?

Three days off sounds good :)
I don't really know much about shift schedules, so I'm not sure I understand what the 3, 1, 3 means...

I work more or less 24hrs. I'm my mom's care provider and I get paid for it. But DHHS only gives me so many hours I can claim, so I basically "volunteer" the rest of the hours. I also have a six year old whom I take care of 24/7.
Speaking of my six year old, she's having a bad day. Grandma and Mommy don't feel good, so we can't play with her much. I have stomach problems. Mom's back hurts. And grandpa has to get some sleep before he goes to work tonight.

I have Social Security so I'm not allowed to work that long wich was kinda hard for me because my job would call me on my day off and say that someone called in sick. I'm one of those people that would feel bad for not helping
