The most users of this site are grown with it, and therefore have no time anymore.

That is sad, but its normal for such a community.

I should draw more. And I tell that to myself every day, but then I come home from work, doing household, make food, watch my kid.....bla bla...and then I have some spare time I do literally nothing useful.

Like watching some yt vids, or twitch.

But I do some sports, so not completely a waste I guess.

We are absolutely going wild with the prices xD

I am mainly sketching at the moment as I do not have enough time for a "final piece of art"...

Me too me too! Life ate my hobbies...
However right now for me, opening an art request shop has really helped with my drawing motivation! Because my problems are that I tend to procrastinate everything and it's hard to find inspiration to draw, so having people request designated images is really helpful! *___*//

I do draw from time to time but always feel like not making any progress, but thats not true at all.
i do good, but suck at coloring, eapecially faces with blush.

Yeaaaah it's a tough feeling, thinking you're stuck D: I either end up not drawing for like a year or just keep forcing myself to doodle to get past it @_@

Aaaaand sometimes I really NEED to draw to check if things work out if I do them with the kids. Or to be able to help them with their art.
The older ones are really interested in oil paintings, so last year I needed to do some oil paintings to get the hang of those colors :P

OMG that is so cool! I used to want to be an art teacher too, then I somehow went on the linguistics and English Lit path /D;;;;

What's your favourite medium to use and teach？
Oil painting sounds like it can get super messy real quick. I remember ruining all my pants during the oil painting unit in high school art class /D;;;

i wish i did more art electives in high school, super jealous. although, i did choose the music academy instead of art academy in my high school, so my fault xD

kofk for me is mainly the reason why i still draw... not just for motivation but also nostalgia (? :o) i forget i can just draw, like, fanart.
