((Ha, that's a cute image! Honestly I haven't put that much thought into it, but I suppose if one had exceptional control they might be able to get closer to a true wolf.))

Cal nodded, smiling slightly.
"Yeah, I totally agree! It's so peaceful, and it's great to get back to nature."
For some reason, Tony's statement struck something in Cal, some odd note of familiarity.
"You did? That's neat. This time of year is perfect for it- though some of the larger predators hang around too. Usually they'll stay away from people though."

(It was just thoughts I had lol)

Tony frowns a bit. "I saw a really bug...dog? Wolf? I don't know, but it had to be used to humans.....it was friendly." He says. "Even got to pet it!" He is still happy about that, truth be told.

Cal went oddly quiet for just a moment. Could it have been him? No, surely he would remember.
"A wolf... but socialized? That's interesting. We should go camping together sometime, maybe I'll get to meet it too."

"Yeah, it was really friendly....glad it was. Instead of seeing me as food or something...." Tony says. "But still scary....wasn't expecting it where I was at." He tries to pick areas with few sightings of predators. "We should go camping....do you have a favorite camping spot?"

"I'm sure it wouldn't have eaten you," Cal chuckled. "Wolves generally don't attack people unless they're threatened."
His smile lit up as he answered the next question.
"Yeah, I do! It's a really nice spot that not many people know about, so it's pretty clean and quiet. I love going there."

"Yeah, but for all I knew...could've been too near a den or whatever..."Tony says. "But that one was friendly....if all animals were that friendly, I'd pet them all." He seriously would.

"I'd ask where....but everyone needs a good camping spot....still looking for mine. I like most places." He says chuckling a bit.

"I can show you where it is! I don't mind sharing. We'll set up a time to head out sometime and we'll go there."

"really?" Tony says, his eyes lighting up at the idea. "Just let me know when you have time and I'll make it work." He says, a bit excited.

Cal smiled wide, excited that his new friend seemed excited.
"I'll check my calendar and let you know! I should be free soon I think."

"I can't wait." Tony says, happy at the idea, even if they wait fir awhile.

(Is it bad I'm imagining Cal turning into a wolf and then tony wakes up to him outside and thinks he ate Cal? XD)
