Serebii's a pretty solid resource.

There's some more info from them about the Zygarde wifi distribution: they're also sending out shiny Yvetal and Xerneas in North America.

Zygarde April 29 - May 8
Xerneas May 11 - May 17
Yvetal May 20 - May 26

No word on other countries aside from Spain, where it's a serial code, I think...

I still need to get the Darkrai serial code...

Jk, I just like having one in each game. I'm a collector and like complete sets a bit more than necessary. ^^;

Yeaaah I don't really care, really....xD as long as its registered in my pokedex, I'm good...xD I used to touch trade with other players...that's how I managed to complete my XY game's pokedex lol!

Good thing I checked this thread on a whim or I'd have missed getting Zygarde completely. Thanks for keeping us in the loop!
