QT- The first 1 - 4 stages look like the dress evolves. Maybe the color needs to stay spots so they relate to each other? But the final one is way different. Maybe you can take the 4th stage and add to it.

Then fore the size. Just scale them up a pinch. =3 if you made the art that size, it should not mess it up too much if you bump it up a bit.

I haven't made this knuffel yet, I just wanted to make sure it was OK before I spent a few hours on her:

I want to have the hair and pieces of the clothing fade to transparent, but I don't know if this would be rejected due to 'not coloring' the knuffel.

Would this be OK? The majority of the knuffel will be colored, it's just that I want her to look like she's fading away. "mchappy"

It should be okay, we had few wilds with transparent parts before. As long as general shape and colors are actually visable of course :3

I think what that means is just merely submitted lineart instead of a fully coloured piece. Parts with transparency should be perfectly fine so long as it's not the entire Knuffel.

Wait ... uhhh ... in this part:
No Re-use

You are only allowed to submit a Wild Knuffel once
→ This means you are not only not allowed to submit the same Knuffel twice, but also not an altered version of it, by adding or changing single clothes, by editing colors or making any other minor modification.
(Of course you are allowed to use your own base and re-use your base as often as you like.)

Does it only talk about accepted knuffels or can't we resubmit a rejected knuffel?

You can submit a rejected knuffel. :) Just make sure you've made changes to it of course, else it will be rejected again. :qhehe:

Mine was rejected and I don't really understand... I wanted to respond to the message but PMing KOfK Wild Knuffel isn't possible. So since I typed out a whole message before I noticed this (XD), I'll include it here anyway. It's just really long, so I'm making it smaller -

My Message wrote:Removed because I understand better now.

And just for those who bothered to read the above and are curious, this is the knuffel and the reason was that "Adding and then removing items again (the nutcracker), or replacing items from one position to another (the sword) from stage to stage is no evolution".

You could keep it natural size, it's really hard to read right now >.<

I wouldn't look at most of those knuffel as perfect examples. I think Firn said she's more strict now, then she was during very first weeks of releases.

As for mermaid knuffel you quoted: yeah, fish and chips disappear, but they are few more changes between 1 and 2 stage that make knuffel itself change and that are visable right away: tail, eyes, skin + smaller changes in hair, small fin visable, hair changes. The evolution is quite visable and even if fish and chips were taken away from first stage, he'd still have lots of changes in himself.
I don't think those toys would be a problem if there were more changes in knuffel itself. Other then soldier/sword only visable change is adding shirt + smaller changes that aren't visable right away in form of smiling mouth and bit of hair added. For me first two stages are almost the same. There are changes, but no evolution.

As for second one: again, that rose in first one is symbolic, but knuffel itself changes in visable way. Also roses in 3rd stage aren't the same one as in first, first rose is most likely still under his shirt, while ones from 3rd one come as new element, so I don't really see your point here.

Most of knuffel you quoted have some changes that are visable right away, even without elements you pointed out. I don't think problem with your knuffel is in him holding toys, problem is that other then toys any changes are hardly visable. For me 1 and 2 look the same.

It is pretty much what amalath (who is doing a really good job at explaining users here what they did wrong by the way, so listen to her) said:
You can add as many things as you like and remove them again and it will not be a reason for rejecting the Knuffel, but none of it will count as "evolution".

For an evolution you need to add things to your Knuffel and alter things, and not just remove them again.

Adding something, and then removing it again, or adding an item to the hand, and then just switching it to the other hand, is no evolution.
It is the same with these Knuffel that wear something completely new on each stage. I don't have a (big) problem with that, but nothing of it counts towards the evolution.
Evolution is the key-word and that is what your Knuffel is lacking in the first two stages. If you take away the things that you added, only to remove it again in the next stage, or re-located, all that is left is this: http://img29.imageshack.us/img29/28/brazenstages2.png
