Web browsers interpret links to the same page with an anchor differently; if I link to the same page without anchor, clicking it always reloads the page; if there is an anchor, the link is interpreted as in-page link. Can someone Anonomyously hug you?
On my profile it lists all the people that hugged me. The last one is "Anonymous (1)". I clicked on the name to see the profile, and it says "User does not exist". I'm confused. x.x

Yes, users who aren't logged in /registered can hug you too, these will show up as Anonymous.
