Just so the transition is a bit easier I'd add a bit of red to the hilt of the sword in four and make a dirk (a short blade weapon longer than a knife) to hold in the third stage, this way the changes go better. And if a dirk seems too long then maybe a knife since it looks like she's hold a katana. :mcwink:

I did a new version, and I'm hoping
she has enough changes not to be rejected...
Help? D: <3

I think she still looks too similar in all the sages. If I had to sum up all the changes of this Knuffel, through all stages, I would say: She gets wings, a sword, ears and her clothes get a bit bigger. I mean, sure, I can see that you are trying to change her clothes a bit in every stage, but the change is so so small, that it really doesn't play much of a role. I think I said something similar already when you tried to submit her the first time: This OC, as it is, has material for about 3 stages. If you want to have 5 stages you will need to alter the design a lot, make additions to the design.
You need to remember that you should try to aim for 3 big changes per stage! You have one big change stage 1-2 (wings), one in stage 2-3 (ears) and one in stage 3-4 (sword), so 3 big changes in 5 stages in TOTAL. If it had at least one big change per stage and multiple small ones - but as long as it does not even have one big change per stage, I really don't see much of a chance here.

I'm confused... there is not enough changes
as even the first 4 stages? D:

( I'm working on a 5th form right now... )
But you don't think she's changed enough
in these 4 to be ok as stages?

There aren't enough big changes per stage for every stage. You should aim for 3 big evolutionary changes per stage. Right now your Knuffel has 3 big changes (wings, ears, sword) IN TOTAL.
I am sorry I can't seem to explain this any better than I already tried in my post on the top of the page, maybe someone else can help.

I'm not exactly the best with knuffel evolution, but hopefully this breakdown might be of some help?

Stage 1 to Stage 2:
~Ears - 1 big change
~Clothes addition + tattoo - small change

NEEDS: At LEAST one more big change.
SUGGESTION: Introduce a second color to the clothes scheme? Or just much larger changes to the clothes.

Stage 2 to Stage 3:
~Wings - 1 big change
~Sword - 1 big change
~Clothes + scars - small change at the most

NEEDS: More prominent changes on the clothes or something else for a big change.
SUGGESTIONS: Maybe do something to the hair? Make some parts longer, add a braid, or even highlights.

Stage 3 to Stage 4:
~Bigger wings + sword - together counts as 1 big change at the most.
~Hair, tweaked ears, face stuffs - medium I'd say? The hair change isn't too prominent to count as a big change by itself.
~Clothes - too small to really count.

NEEDS: At least one more big change.
SUGGESTIONS: Make the hair change more prominent. And maybe introduce a third color to the clothes. Right now with only one color for her outfit it is very hard to make prominent enough changes.

OVERALL:
I feel that the evolution would be easier if you add more colors to her palette. It can even just be a lighter and/or darker shade of the existing brown. The clothes could use a lot more detailing and layers to contribute to the changes. Hair is a big possibility, if your OC's hair just can't be tweaked too much, maybe add in accessories like clips or headbands to help? The wings, ears, and sword can be further decorated to contribute to smaller changes too.

I hope this can be somewhat helpful! ^^;;

I guided myself with the other knuffel with the same base Vindrae's Guardian knuffel since it's her base.
