I have a storage room and most of it in there is my mom's, but she does help me with half of the cost, so I'm not complaining. :}

At least she's chipping in, I imagine many would do some guilt trip thing to get out of paying

My sister always used that tactic, in the end she used it so much I'm immune to it. :}

I'm worried that my sister will attempt it if I ever move out :|

How old is your sister and is she doing it already. If the answer is <20 and yes, then you can bet your head on it. :}

I'm the youngest at 22
She turns 33 in mid-April
And as I said earlier, about a quarter of the garage is full of her crap
So imma deliberately pick somewhere small so if she tries...I barely have enough room for me, I have zero space for anyone else. Suck it up and deal with it

Well at the moment we don't have enough money to move. It costs a lot to move.
You have to have a security deposit, sometimes first and last months rent, pet deposit for some places, plus you have to take a day off work to move all the stuff. So it's like upwards of 1.5k. That's waaay more than we have at the moment.
Rent is relatively low here because our aunt and uncle own the place. So they're letting us rent at cost. But the neighborhood sucks butt. We're right behind a high school so kids are always throwing shit in our yard and smoking around us.

Moving is indeed expensive. So it is one of those things i'm saving up for. :}

I'd like to move somewhere a bit smaller and cheaper. Oh well.
We also desperately need a new car.

I want to move to a place just for me, have never not lived with other people. :}
