The point is that money went to my moms account and she even paid taxes over it. But as I'm listed as also allowed to use the bank account and my name was on the papers from the organization the tax people say I had access and I should resolve this with my mom. Who has even less money than me. :}

Oh goodness. That just sounds like a mess. And that's kind of stupid, too. I hope everything works out. Sounds like it's going to be a hassle to figure out and get it all fixed.

I've made a formal complaint with the tax office about it, it's just they are bound by rules and this organization knows that.
Getting it fixed would cost me well over 6000€, as where just paying the tax and have it over, less than 1k.
See the organization that screwed up is also the one I would need to go to to get legal advise. And there is no way they are going to help me get a lawyer to sue them for incorrect work. :}

That kind of sucks. Can't go to another law firm to sue them? But sounds better to just pay the taxes than pay to fix it.

At least the payment plan is doable, so in six months all will be done. :D

That's true. It just means I have to get really good at all the tax laws there are and use them in my advantage in the future. :}
