i like the idea of them but i don't really find them relaxing. i admire them tho. my way of relaxing is watching drama lmao

Well, some have just pretty boring shapes and mandalas whereas others do have real pictures, like the books for children, just a different style.
The one I have is a bit mixed, some pages I think aren't interesting at all, some are ok. But I have seen pictures from really nice ones on instagram! Mine's just a cheapo one that I picked up at a supermarket.

I've seen some people I follow post pictures of pages they had coloured of books from this artist and they looked fun.
I don't have pictures of my colouring book, I would have to find it and take pictures if you wanted to see that.

They can be a bit relaxing for me...I have a whole stack of books lol

I have a coloring book that's just a bunch of different designs of hedgehogs. They're all mandala-y.
