Lol same old boring stuff. Literally just sitting here, taking the occasional call, yaddayadda, some daily tasks. XD;; and uh. Reading. I guess. Since nothing better to do and at least reading looks more legit. XD

Reading is good. ovo I'm catching up on that one series... D-Genesis.. that one Dungeon series I been reading. I'm a few chapters behind. o3o

Ah i see. I’m reading a BL light novel. XD its actually quite good, to the point where i couldn’t stop reading til 3am. XD;; even though i had work the next day.

There’s so much dog food, i’m practically stuffed with it. XD
Btw, if you don’t know what dog food is, its not in a literal sense. It refers to the self-pity of single people (humorously dubbed “single dogs“) triggered by the public displays of affection by couples online or offline. XD

I was reading D-Genesis in the waiting room of my doctor office and nearly giggled out loud when the one character told this story about this god and his wife.. and then she goes "those people, do you think they're into BL? Because that god... his wife was male."

Apparently the wife's name was a name given only to men, kind of like in Japan, females are often given names with KO in them (Mimiko, Hanako, Sakurako) where males have their own thing, I just can't remember what it is at the moment..

Well anyway, the wife's name had a masculine bit to it or something which means that the wife was also male. Therefore the character talking about this god's story, got excited that some foreign place could have a history of love of BL like she loves BL.

That made me nearly giggle out loud at the dr office.

its a popular chinese saying/idiom lol. xD when two people are being all lovey dovey in front of all those "single dogs," its like eating a lot of "dog food" lol. XD

Yeah well if you’ve read as many chinese webnovels as me, you’d know. XD or like a saying like “had eyes but failed to see mt tai” or something. XD

The mount tai one is understandable. o3o

Marylin Manson uses things like that in his one song.
"Can't see the forest through the trees, can't smell your own sh*t on your knees~~~"

looooool well chinese...or really any language....has lots of these funny/interesting idioms. i just happen to know more chinese ones because i read a lot of translated chinese webnovels. XD
