Yeah, I am fine.
I started recently with some fitness exercises, doing them every day for ten to fiveteen minutes.

Eating less and less sugary.

It is hard, and I hope I wont lose motivation to keep it up!
But anyways I feel much better, and some kind of lighter.

God, I need to join you there.
My back is hurting like crazy and making life really hard.
But I am so not motivated to practice

I am really glad to hear that you feel better doing all that!

There are many good exercise videos on youtube.

Especially ones without jumping, and tools.
If I had more time and money I would join a gym.^^

Maybe in a few years when my daughter is a bit older and can stay two hours alone.

my mom can't do strenuous activities so hiking and just walking is good for her, maybe you can get into that

I found a few videos with walking exercises, but some of them need a lot of space, and we dont have much space with 3 people working out.^^

that's one thing about exercise... you need space :x

Yep, we sweat a lot doing those 30min of walking.

But it is fun and help a lot.
