I'll be taking my daughter trick or treating this All Hallow's Eve. If we get a Halloween event here I hope to be able to complete it.

LittleJulez - Yeah, snacks are generally pretty bad for you. It's true. I try to avoid the overly expensive stuff.
That is a small amount of chips. Wow. I eat them at least once a week.
Akili Li - Taro? The purple root? I've only had it in desert form.
DC - What your daughter gonna be for halloween?

Welcome back, lunar!
I am also very excited for the Halloween event, it is usually my favourite event of the year!
It is, as was mentioned by light, a 'purple root' -it's a tuber which is exceedingly fine-grained and is often made into flour. It's great as a soup thickener, and I like the flavor, but I've never had it in chip form... or dessert!
How is it in dessert, Light?

when you said nice blue waistcoat i thought of the rabbit from alice in wonderland.

Yep, I was alluding to multiple literary rabbits, there. :)
Lunar, What is in Salem for Halloween? Do they put on a big event, there?

Salem Massachusetts took credit for the witch trials that happened in the colonial period of the united states. Now the whole town is basically a halloween attraction now. I used to live there a long time ago and I admit its annoying because traffic is nuts but now that I don't live there, I miss the atmosphere.
