Most of the time I count as unmotivated colleague as well x'D
I guess I would be more motivated if I got less to do at home in my "free time"...

For example. But also like things like improving my art or thinking about what I can do to improve my classes or how to help my pupils. (Recently feeling like the mom of 32 kids x'D)
Unfortunately, kids won't get easier as they age :/
I always thought having a young kid was hard, but I guess my brother and I were easy to take care of as teens, but some teens are showing me why it is called a "difficult age"...

Not only teens.
Even the ones under 30 are pretty difficult these days.
Might be because of holidays and end of the year or so, but my gosh I wish I was allowed to slap them.

We only made Lebkuchen and pralines. Somehow messed up making christmas cookies though... had all the ingredients and decorations, but somehow... well, we didn't make it in time :'D
