I only like the holidays because of some holiday specials. Like there’s just some movies that only seem right to be watched around certain holidays. XD;; it feels weird to watch them at any other time.

Someone yelled at me for watching Frosty the Snowman (the old animated film) around halloween =w=

wtff really? xD why? i could say "i wanted to dress up as a snowman for halloween" or something lol. xD

Yeah.. this person also got on my case for not classifying something as its SUB-genre as well.. I called what they were talking about a "horror" movie.. cause that's what it is.

Oh no.. its a Slasher film! grawr!

=/ yea.. a majority of horror films are slasher stuff, Slasher is a sub-genre.. =/ Psychological is also a sub-genre as is Thriller.



Anyway, finished all the saw movies including its Spiral spin off...

Now watching the Leprechaun movies.. which so far suck so bad. xD

My mom and I have a tradition of watching "Halloween" every year around this time. My mom gets absolutely terrified by it, but we both love it

Oh! I just remembered! I think I saw Halloween once when I was about 6 or 7!
The boy I had a crush on back then, he and his brother invited me to watch it. They lived on the first floor, and I lived on the second. Well. One of the killing scenes happened and I remember myself screaming and running up to my apartment and hiding under my bunkbed. x'D

Didn't help that they covered the public hallway lights with plastic bags to give the place a haunted feel >w>

Lol yeah i never had much traditions with halloween. XD;; apart from watching a few halloween specials but nothing horror or slasher like.

There was some dressing up when i was younger but thats about it.

I just bought a pumpkin. I use to enjoy pumpkin carving, so I want to try to do one again.

Other then that, I'd watch horror movies alone, mom hated them. x'D

My sister has been carving pumpkins for a few years. Usually with friends or the boyfriend. Dunno what happened to the boyfriend this year, they’ve been together for several years and I haven’t heard anything about him for awhile.

I have never carved a pumpkin. And I want to try it this year for the first time.
I'm a bit overwhelmed by the idea, to be honest.
