Not really... Don't get me wrong I wasn't drinking everyday, but I guess most of the weekends...
On the bright side I learned to never EVER get drunk in public! I'm happy I had my wild stage when I was younger, at home, with friends rather than go crazy and get serious reprecutions now... At least now I know my limit that turns out is pretty low. On the down side I guess I wasn't aware that I could get serious health issues from it. I was lucky I didn't.
Now I hurdly ever drink. As for getting drunk, maybe once a year, if even than. I just need alcohol to get me started when it comes to dancing. I have no rithm and a couple of sips from a cocktail give me the courage I need to not care if I embarrass myself when dancing

I wish my alcohol tolerance wasn't so damned high. Partying would be easier with a lower tolerance.
Husband is good with a couple fruity beers. Then he's tipsy/drunk. Takes me a ton of hard alcohol. So sad.

why is partying more difficult if you have lower tolerance?

Mynah: I think light_sucks was implying the opposite. It's more difficult if you have a higher tolerance. Put it simply, everyone is tipsy and being silly wile you are the only one sober. It sucks

And it was great! I got sleepy after "lunch" but got a second wind, don't work again until friday.
