Stress is killer... ono Even more so when you already have HBP and the stress makes it worse...

For all these years, every time my doctor saw my "high blood pressure" he blamed it on me being fat and would put me on meds for it, then forget he put me on meds for it... =3=

Turns out its because of my anxiety disorders and agoraphobia.. The nurse took my blood pressure yesterday, said it was high, then my therapist took it 20 minutes after and it came down some and she said that since it comes down like that when I start feeling more at ease, there was no need for me to be put on meds for it.



My doorbell cam is out for delivery! they added 15 minutes to the delivery time.. =3= hate that..

But I'll be going out to the living room soon to wait.. will probably be out there for 2 hours. -3-

I'll take lappy-kun with me so I can post while I'm out there. Finally use my laptop xD I gotta get posty bat thingers for the event anyway..

Fell asleep while doing the first stage... =/ missed out on that item.

Yeah. So my mom is always overthinking and stressed over the littlest things.
And then her HBD goes up. 8u

I'm so glad I switched doctors.. ono this one doesn't blame everything on me being fat. Doesn't make me feel bad about myself and I haven't felt like crying yet.



I'm glad your mom's docs work with her the best they can. HBP sucks.. ono
