you know, i think they say that a few hours before bed, you should stop using electronics. because if you've been using electronics, you will find it harder to sleep because of the magnetic waves or something.

I find that a crock as its those electronics that help me sleep and stay asleep. As long as it's not too interesting or something I've seen to the point that I can recite every line in my sleep, I'm fine. I need the noise to sleep, silence makes my thoughts spiral and my anxiety to spike.

Hyperfocusing, happens with anything someone finds entertaining. Not just movies and games. Books, writing, crafting. And when one hyperfocuses.. Time does not exist. You go on till whatever your doing is either finished or you pass out. People can come and bug you to do stuff, you'll mindlessly answer back, barely registering what was asked of you... Most of the time when whatever it was is finished/over you don't remember someone bugging you. Sometimes the thing registered just enough for you to remember and you do it once the task is over.

My issue was that I hadn't seen Lonesome Dove in ages so I got too caught up in it. I hyperfocused and lost all sense of time. And hyperfocusing isn't something one can control, so when it happens.. well.. baibai world.

No i think its medically proven that you should rest your eyes from electronics a few hours before sleep so that you can sleep better. Me, I hate noise and light when i sleep so, even if its just the night light shining in from the washroom across the hall, i wouldn’t be able to sleep. XD;; so i don’t think its that much of a “crock” as you say.

I think it's just something that depends on the person.

Anywho,I slept well last night and should be back on schedule. I just gotta make sure to not put anything too interesting on after a certain hour.


I use to have issue's with light when sleeping. But mom had to have her bedroom light on 24/7 because she was terrified of the dark. And I couldn't have my bedroom door shut anymore because I wouldn't be able to hear her call for me at night.. So I got use to light.


Once I get PC speakers that actually WORK -glares at her pc speakers- I can set it up so I can turn off the tv and still have sound playing.


So.. started my new meds this morning. takes about 4 weeks for it to work itself through my system (ew).. =3= lets see how my body reacts to these chemicals..

Yeah i tried to sleep earlier last night. But….yeah im probably gonna mess up my sleep schedule next week. 8u

according to the weather that i SWEAR i checked today, it said it was going up to the 20s. but when i left this morning, it was 16C........and it actually got COLDER as the day went on instead of warmer.......xD;; good thing i brought a light jacket...and wore long pants...8u or i'd freeze and probably catch another cold in this weather. 8u when i came home, i checked the temperature and it was 13C lol.

It was so warm and muggy this morning but as the day progressed it got cool so I turned the ac off and opened the window, now my hands are like ice xD
