Woo hoo!
I hear a lot about Canada and it sounds like a magical wonderland that has all of the freedom of the USA with the bonus of people not dying from severe medical debt.
It's really good. It's about overthrowing a corrupt government. I'm into it.

lol is it? XD;;
well going to the doctors is free and is paid for by the govt. however, if you don't have medical plans, things like prescription drugs and dental and eye doctors are extra. but at least you can walk into a doctors office and not except to have to pay for it. unless you get a prescription lol. xD;;

Yeah, here is awful. It's so bad. With insurance it costs 30 bucks anytime I want to go to a regular doctor. Specialists are even more expensive. IF you can get an appointment.
I've been prescribed meds that cost over 500 bucks for a 30 day supply. And that's nothing compared to lots of other meds.

That sucks. 8u i’m glad i can just step into my fam docs office or even a walk in and don’t have to pay because its covered by the country.
Oh yeah, ive had to pay full price for meds too bc i have no coverage. But i recently got benefits from work so i don’t have to worry about that anymore all that much. But wow, glad i don’t have meds costing that much.

Also my family doctor sucks so much. I need to shop around for a new one. This one is awful.
Sorry for complaining so much. It's just something I have to deal with constantly since I'm chronically ill.
How are you doing?

He doesn't care. I've told him I can't walk for any length of time without extreme pain and asked for a prescription for a wheelchair. He told me he didn't want me to lose my ability to walk. I already cannot walk. It would just be for when going out because my house is not set up for wheelchair use. It's way too cramped. So I would still walk every freaking day.
He also doesn't pay attention from one appointment to the next. Like he doesn't check the chart or something? It's very annoying.
I am always tired. lol.
We made chicken tacos for dinner. Nomnomnom!

You need a prescription if you want insurance to cover any of the over 2 thousand dollar cost of them.
You also have to get a note from the doctor to get the tags for the car. AND you have to pay like 5 bucks for one. If you want 2 then it's 7. (I only have one)
I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It's a connective tissue disorder. It means that I'm hyper mobile, my joints pop out of place very easy. So I'm constantly in pain. If I stand too long my hips and spine tend to wiggle out of place. Which is horribly painful. It's also extremely tiring. For someone who has very little energy in the first place being able to more easily get around means that I'm able to actually do more. More socializing or other things.
They're delicious.
