No, but some people use that for coloring, so I think a program like that should at least have the function. o.O
You may not care, but I use gradients a bloody lot, both for drawing as for professional layouts...

lol yea hell get his outfit and his skin will turn into bark and his hair will be lil leaves peaking out from under the beret, i dont know if i will make his boots root down or not

Done in SAI in 5 seconds with Airbrush. If you need a gradient you just draw it manually >.>
