I said no air force and navy because I think those have uniforms in other colours but I might be completely wrong with that (though when googling German Luftwaffe I only find pictures of blue uniforms)

Why would you need gradients? It's for painting.
I can't find any gradients in ArtRage too but I never really use it so maybe I just missed it.
