Yeah, Firn never wanted this site to become that kind of site. And it's true we have the most awesome regular-shop items!
But despite what she wanted she was forced to spend more and more time creating TT items. Because as the site grew they needed money to pay for the servers and stuff.
Even if what they both do they do it for free, the technical expenses can really add up...

I wish I could contribute to the site more... ono


But yea.. server costs can get expensive.

Yeah it would be nice.
But any other person's art would clash with hers, so no way to help that way.
I wrote some quests in the past, I'm not sure whether Firn still wants more quests...
And, well, can't think of anything else. Other than keep chatting and keeping the forum friendly - which you already to


It was nice being able to chat directly with the admin. That Firn was part of the forum. That was so cool and unique.

Yea.. the art style clashing is an issue.

One issue on trisphee with older items was that Fenris' art style improved and changed through time so older items clashed with newer ones.. and then there was the fact there were other artists as well... Donation items were better than store bought items... Then artists quit and new ones joined, fen gave the site over to someone else...

I haven't been on there in years.. It stopped feeling friendly to me. I stopped being a mod because I felt unwelcomed in staff...


I like that Firn is friendly and understanding. I've .. talked to her a few times... though... it was basically to get my alt account unlocked. (i don't get on it enough xD) And to submit an issue... x'D

OH! I once had issues with buying fairy coins so I had to ask her for her direct paypal info so I could buy Fairy coins >w<

Never been on Tripshee, but I see how all those changes can be a bummer.


Firn is very friendly for an admin.
But, you know, she used to have her own hangout and we would go chat with her. Not about the site, but about whatever.
She would share pics of her pets, for example. Or she would talk music - I remember she loved the Plastic Tree band.
It was so very personal.
Never seen anything like that in any other place. And while I was not a regular in her hangout, I kinda miss that vibe.

That reminds me of how Trisphee use to be... ono Fen was active.. she would do art streams for the users to watch how she did the items and stuff. I don't remember if she had a hangout or not but she was pretty active with the community and open with people.


Probably why I moved to KofK.. =w= It reminds me of the way Tris use to be to me.

Even though KofK is older than tris.. o3o,

I suppose many of us were on the look for nicer places such as these.
Sometimes they change and then it's time to find a new one...
Luckily this one has not changed in that sense, although it has changed in so many others!
