Yeaaaah birth control is one of those things that you really gotta consult your doctor about. Like mine started me on a light dosage and warned me of all the side effects (making acnes flair up before they can get better, weight gain, mood swings, etc), then checked back in a few months to make sure it's doing good, and only THEN allowed me to keep taking it.

But I will say it's done wonders for me. My skin cleared up, and my periods became sooo regular. Like to the hour of the day!

Wow that’s…really really regular. XD but yeah, i’m not all that regular. Used to be, i would actually skip a month or two before getting one. It was like…a waiting game loll. Like is it normal to be so irregular? XD;; my doctor once said that once you’ve…uh…had s**, it would normalize out. But. Yeah. No. Haven’t done that yet. 8u

I'm no doctor but I think there's like, a range for what's considered "regular"? Like if your period just usually comes every two months that's one thing, but if it comes in two weeks once then doesn't come for two months that might be something to address. @_@

I know that before, my period would get thrown way out of whack when I'm stressed, so there's a connection between period inregularity and health.

(Also in my experience s** doesn't influence my period at all it's still irregular and weird. Cuz s** doesn't really affect your hormones in a prolonged manner unless pregnancy occurs? But I'm no doctor so who knows)

iunno...my periods usually don't last more than a week. sometimes i get them every month, sometimes its like...bimonthly. xD iunno, its weird. i use one of those app trackers so i can see when my periods are once i log and compare. i used to do them on little sheets of paper my doctor gave me. xD

It's definetely unusual.
I don't think having sex would make your period any difference...
Never heard such a thing, to be honest.
And actually it would worry the hell out of you if your period took longer to arrive, cause you might have cause to worry.


I used to track my period too, now I gave up. I forgot too often to be valuable anyway.

i still track it. even though i don't check whether i'm reg or not. xD;;

I suppose I should, just in case something weird happens and I must tell my doctor.
But to be honest I'm starting to assume it's not worth it, cause my reproductive system is fucked up anyway.

i only do it because.......wait i don't really have a reason....8u i've been keeping track ever since i started, from paper to app format. xD
