Yes, I thought it was pretty fair. I offered 20k+ first, but when the seller valued it at 25k I didn't haggle.
It's a very beautiful background and also a quite old item, so it's understable that they ask that much.

I've seen a seller asking for the pin 30k but that's much in my opinion. It's not as beautiful as my lovely lovely bamboo background.
(And I canno't buy it because I'm totally broke )

Yes, that's the point.
It's cute but you won't use a hairclip or a pin as much as a background or a skin. And if you want to use one there's some very nice ones in the shops.
