Well to be fair I saw practically the same thing Oni describes on an episode of Paula Dean
Also Gaffigan has the doughnut ham hamburger joke

Gosh I wanna listen to some Gaffigan right now but it's so late >_>

Yeah I've heard of the doughnut buns stuff here before. Then there was that double down chicken sandwich at KFC (I think?) that had the fried chicken as the buns.

Though yeah there is crazy fattening food in other countries, but usually they come from the american fast food places haha

The first bite is AMAZING. But the longer you take, the more fat from the upper levels drips down into the lower ones and the final doughnut is just one soggy mess, which if you eat, you WILL die.

Yeah but the joke is always like LOL AMERICANS EAT THIS CRAZY THING that actually we also eat but whatever we'll ignore that part

I mean it's not like we sit down to doughnut burgers every day either

Oh, there was no American branding to it, it was just 'well, here's a new menu item. Good luck.'

I took down one of the doughnuts, both cheeseburgers and had to throw in the towel about halfway down the last bit of bacon. Did NOT want to touch that last doughtnut.

Caden: Ah yeah, I get what you mean. It does get kind of grating to hear that. Along with the "[insert foreign candy/food] HAHA AMERICANS DON'T HAVE IT AND WILL NEVER KNOW THE JOY IT IS TO HAVE IT"

Oni: that's amazing you even made it that far with it lol was the doughnut a glazed one or what it plain?

Both were glazed. And there was BBQ sauce. Burgers were probably 6oz each.

I would not touch a glazed doughnut with BBQ sauce on it
