I've come to the realisation that I have no creative outlets left. And zero desire to start any new ones. I don't like this. Not at all.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean specifically, Oni, but it sounds like you're blocked? If you're anything like a lot of creative types, eventually something will spill out of you again whether you mean for it to or not. Something new will pique your interest. You might just be in a resting period right now...

I swear, I spend all of the baby Bruce scenes cooing at my television.
It's usually baby Bruce and Alfred but now with Selina Kyle too...

About this time last year I split up with my fiancée and made a vow to myself that in a year's time I wouldn't be in the state I was in and everything would be smoother sailing.

However, 2014, for want of a better word, has been utterly shit. I bought a load of music stuff to try to eke something out, but if anything all it seems to have done is use up my income and take up space. And I've never really had opportunity to do anything because work has been wall-to-wall awful this year, and life has pretty much decided to kick me in the head whenever I'm down.

@Oni, 2014 has been a pretty shit year for a lot of people, I think? (I've certainly had a bad year.) It does seem like life is kicking you while down, and I just hope those wounds will heal over if you give it time.

It really sucks that your music stuff hasn't worked out, but with stuff like that, once you have it, you have it, don't you? And you can start it up again at any time. That's how I like to think like that about my underused supplies.

@Caden - I like these forums better, too, but I do think the bits system is easier to manage than food points. I can see the appeal of moving, even if I want to keep both...

I need to stop drinking coffee. It has too many calories, interferes with sleep, and I'm back on meds that make it so I do not need that caffeine. It's probably creating anxiety.
