It's a gifting event, you buy gift boxes (and they're really cheap), then you send it to someone and when they open it, they get an event item! i currently managed to get a full set of the event items and loads of extras.

Oh that's so exciting! Instead of collecting it on our own, we have someone gift it to us hehe
