Rather than being able to spend that 7$ on some stuff I want
I have to put it into a plastic a card D;
So instead of getting like 107$
or 57$ or 207$
I just get the 50, 100 or 200 ; n ;
Plus currency exchange fees ><

Foop. Work on getting an actual credit card, if you are able to. If where you live is anything like where I live, it's only going to get harder to get a credit card once you graduate from college.

Deducting it from your account and since I don't work I won't have money to place in there for them to deduct XD!

They don't do that. At least, mind doesn't. You use it and pay it right back and it won't charge you anything. Only time they charge you is if you leave a balance on and then they charge you interest.
And as for why you should, I don't know about the culture there, but the culture here, we take out mortgage and loans and have monthly payments for big purchases, such as houses, or cars. If you have no credit, then it's really hard to get those loans. One way to build up your credit score, is to get a credit card, then keep no balance on it. You raise your score just by having it, even if you don't use it. Of course, if you are late on your payments, then your credit score gets low and then it's just as hard, if not harder, to get those loans.
