i would like to adopt a pet, i've wanted to for a while. but i haven't moved out yet and i'm wondering whether i should do it before or after. idk when i'll be able to move out so it makes me want to adopt before.

Fluffy pets sounds like a cute addition. I want a fluffy pet lol. Altho maybe not a cat or dog.

For years I've wanted to have Chinchilla's, unfortunately those among many have become illegal pets in my country, so no chilling with chilla's for me. :}

My cousin once had a porcupine or hedgehog. I don’t know if that’s a legal type of pet in America lol.

Why are chinchillas illegal as pets?

Basically we have an Animal welfare party in our government who can be very pedantic, to get their support on a vital law they were able to push through a restricted pets list. Only Animals on that list are still allowed to be kept as pets, and the list is not very long.
There are only 30 animals on that list. This includes; Horses, pigs, Lama's, sheep, Water buffalo, Donkey, and Camels...
And they are still making up the list for Birds and the one for reptiles.
Only if I manage to get my hand on some Chinchilla's before the 1st of July can I keep it. But as of January 1st it is already impossible to get one legally. :}

llamas, water buffalo, camels? as accepted pets? xD;; all the animals you listed just now are like all farm animals lol.

I'm so sorry that I've been so absent. I've been pushing through my bipolar depression enough to work a job, as well as working volunteer hours at my local theater to fatten my resume when I get out of college. I also had professional headshots taken! I'm still waiting on the edits but I'm sincerely excited for them to be ready lol. I've never liked myself in pictures.
