Yeah Covid is like a really bad cold

I tested negative yesterday, after more than a week. But my dad is still positive. And I still have a bad cough. I don’t want to give it to anyone. 8u

Oh noooo hopefully the cough is getting better!!

In other news school is depriving me of sleep so badly @_@

aw i'm sorry to hear that.
i had to get an inhaler for my lungs. the coughing might have affected them. 8u

wellllllll....usually when i get sick (not just covid, like just the common cold), i'd always get a sore throat first. then, more often than not, the coughing will irritate my lungs because i used to have asthma as a kid and so i sometimes get respiratory problems. 8u

So it was pretty much like a regular cold for you?
Even if your colds are usually worse than other people's, I suppose it's good it's just that...

well, maybe a tad bit worse. after all, i did lose my tastebuds for like a day or so. 8u that was no fun.

Yeah, I did lose mine for a few days too. It was weird, but not terrible imho.
Anyway as long as we don't get really bad symptoms and can cure it with some rest, I am quite fine with it.

Yeah when you’re sick and you lose your taste buds, its like you lose all meaning to life. Like you’re sick and now you can’t EAT or TASTE? My enjoyment of food literally went down the drain. 8u

I would not mind enjoying my food a little less, maybe that way I would not overeat xD
