I usually try to make avies that are red/white/blue or any combo of those two colors, so I end up using the wolf mask I have and the border a lot.
And when I go for a turquoise look, I almost always go for these eyes.

I nearly always use the Valentine 2011 Skin, it has just the right amount of blush.

I always use a background in all my avis. Without a BG my avi is not complete.
