As starkad already explained in the announcement he will be busy configuring the server for the next few weeks and we cannot expect a server that is not properly configured to work properly. 
Starkad wanted to set up the server before we transfer, but because of the collapse of the previous servers, he has to configure the server while it is in service already, which makes things more difficult.
I am sorry that it cannot be done any faster, but there is not much we can do about it as, just like everyone else, our days only have 24 hours and there is only a limited fraction of our time between university and jobs, which we can devote to KOfK.
I know lags are annoying and we all hope this will be over and done as soon as possible.
I know not everyone is patient with us and some expect miracles from us and and are upset (which I understand, I am upset too, but we cannot do this any faster/better), but I hope that the majority of you will be patient and understand that setting up a server isn't a thing you can just do in 20-30 hours and that starkad is already putting all the hours he can spare into this every single day. .
