I believe it means 'the waiting and saving has payed off'! Not German myself, but I've some knowledge of the language as German and Dutch are quite similar (and I did learn it a few years in high school, but not that much has stuck I'm afraid, haha).

Also, those eyes look amazing! Going to be doing some saving myself ^^
