I managed to read one page of 50 Shades of Grey.
I picked a random page, and read it to see what the hype was about.
My blood did not so much as boil, as I went right past that stage to exhaustion.
How did that mess ever get published? It astonishes me that the author is still getting work.

The second book in the Child Called It series. It's the only book I've thrown across a room multiple times, refused to finish, and really wanted to burn. I can't stand the idea of someone constantly crawling back to their abuser begging to be loved by them.
