Dark Blue (#0b406c/#092b47) looks like Dark Blue and Blue (#3e5f92/#202753) like Blue to me.

I think my confusion between the two was mostly in the use of the other colours: when I looked at other items in the caravan (the Maegi Headribbon and Ubgor Shirt in this case), it seemed like the Blue used softer/less vibrant colours, while Dark Blue used bolder colours. And because for the Sailor Crop Top, the red and blue are softer in Dark Blue than in Blue, I thought the colours had been switched. I hope this makes sense, thank you for checking and clarifying :)

Ohhh, nice timing with the holiday, I actually took Friday off for a long weekend too, so hopefully I mighty manage to actually get some posting in this visit :)
