I'd like to say I might use that power because I'm chaotic in nature enough to consider it, but honestly, I'm too much of a wimp. And I can never seem to hate anyone enough to want them dead. It's too easy to see other people's POV, even if they are criminal. Not that I would condone actions that seem to warrant death, but I'm more inclined toward pity.

I would probably just use the power for self defense. I can see myself using the power then if I or someone I loved was in danger.

for the safety of others and loved ones, yes, without question.
though i don't think i should be trusted with such a power because i can be pretty damning in my judgment about people LOL

I'm not sure I'd be able to live it down if I killed someone, no matter the reason. So for that reason alone, I wouldn't want to have a power like that. But, if that kind of power were forced upon me, I don't trust myself to not use it ever.

No, I don't think I would. I don't think there is any reason to take anothers life, let alone a human's life. And once you do, it's on you. You are guilty of murder. Even if you don't get cought, you will have to live with that on your conscious for the rest of your life.
