My friend got a bunch last night too and she felt bad because she got home from work late and was late to get candy out.

I think it depends on the area?

Where I lived in the US, we had tons of kids trick or treating. Than again, most made arrangements to come from smaller towns into our town.

Where I stay now, it's an older community through there is a few young families on the street but I don't think any of them went out trick or treating. We had candy and only had two visit.

I live out in the boonies, so we've never had many trick or treaters here. Unless they were family, but they're all grown up now.

I'm actually in the opposite situation. When I was a kid trick or treating wasn't a thing down here in Australia but now due to the influence of American culture we now have kids dressing up for Halloween.

In my city it depends on the area you live in. If we want to see Trick or Treaters we go hang out with a friend that lives on a popular street. My street is DEAD to ToT's apparently. :qf:
