edit: and non-stop misses now. Probably just the luck of the draw.

One question... under the Avatar I see the button to throw the water bombs, but the ranks don't change... for example, Lily White it's a Rank 2 as I can see from the Top List but I keep seeing "Rank:1" under her avatar

I have the same bad luck. But with a 50/50 chance it's really just a matter of bad luck as the chances of hitting and missing are the same.
