You can collect high heels and sneakers at any time and since you don't specifically need boots, but any type of shoes will do, it should not really matter.Megurine_Gem wrote:The boots collecting sounds very strange, only being able to collect them for an hour at a time. The timer was implemented because if everyone starts collecting pop ups at the same time and all the time, our server usually crashes. With the timing we make sure that people collect them at different intervals, which means we don't have to deal with major lags during events. We had previous pop up events where the site basically wasn't functional at all anymore and it wasn't fun for anyone, so I believe this solution is in everyone's best interest.

I think there might be something wrong with the pop-up timer, it keeps resetting back to an hour. I don't know if it just displays the time incorrectly, or really gets set back completely, but I thought I'd let you know

Yeah. I noticed that too, but to make it honest, I logged off and on so it would stop, and it did... I was gonna mention it in the help thread if it didn't reset... (I thought it was because I clicked it before we got the announcement and update and thought that was the problem)
