Edit: Just clarifying, people are a little confused over this from talking with them. When you say repeat topics, what do you mean? Because people could have a thread selling items and a thread auctioning items, therefore it wouldn't be a repeat topic.

You could pm a mod with the thread url.... What I do is press the report button on the first post and say "repeat thread" in the info box. It seems to work alright.
