It's hard for some people to notice anxiety. I know I kept to myself a lot and rarely smiled and my dad told me it might make people think I was a snob.
I remember hearing one girl ask a friend if I didn't like her anymore because I stopped talking to her as much.
I eventually dropped out of school and became a shut-in.
And it worries me people may think I hate them or I think I'm better than them, but it's not true.
I actually think so little of myself that everyone is above me xD
People make me anxious. Talking to people makes me anxious. But I'm a nice person.

I come across people who if they can't see it, it doesn't exist. Given that I have fibromyalgia as well as a few other things it is so damn frustrating when people act like that. I think you're a nice person Moi.

yeah, it happens very often. My anxiety overreacting.
But sure enough, everyone was fine with me returning so I'm less stressed

They get called lazy and stuff.

Fibromyalgia is a spoony illness with over 70 symptoms so the chances of finding two people with the exact same symptoms is rare. There are of course common symptoms such as pain, being lethargic, insomnia, fibro fog but after that it varies.

My old next door neighbour kept bringing back homeless people, normally this wouldn't bother me but they were loud, alcoholics, done drugs, stole, were aggressive, brought their own friends back with them, would come at all times of the day and night, kick open the gate when they couldn't get in or climb over the fence, bang on next doors door or window to get their attention and this is all while I couldn't lock my door from the inside. Then there was the time she came to my door with a ball pin hammer saying she was going to wreck her flat, hurt someone in the building or hurt herself. I had an unfortunate thing happen because of her.

I actually have wondered if I have that. My mom said she does and some symptoms fit with me.
I know I'm always in constant pain 8D

I didn't want to pry, but since you explained it - that's shitty :\
It's easy to understand how something like that could affect your anxiety.

My family doesn't do any of that but they still mess up my anxiety.
I hate loud sounds because they put me on edge, so naturally everyone has to be loud.
And if I ask them to be quiet - I'm rude and insensitive.

It took the doctors 11 years to diagnose me with it, I had to ask for a poke test and that's how I finally got diagnosed.

Yeah, it is. I have hypersensitive hearing and loud noises and pitches hurt my ears. I actually walked into her place several times and turned down her music before walking out not giving a damn whatsoever because every time I asked she turned it down and her friends would turn it back up, she wouldn't bother or if she was drunk she would bang on my door after 30 minutes and try start a fight after turning it back up again even louder.

I hate when people don't get that... I feel the same sometimes, but for me it is kind of a sensory overload when I don't feel well or am stressed. Like everything is louder, smells stronger. And I can get agressive by something as small as the ticking of a watch :/
