I hope I can help you with my opinoin on your questions, so lets begin:
Q1: People that like your style or your ideas will buy all they can get, so there wont be a matter if you release one or five at a moment.^^
Q2:seasonal themed are always something special in my opinion and if they support the feelings of the season it has special vibes to someone and might be a favorite and sell pretty good.
Q3:two designs are fair enough to decide between, I think three would be to heavy to decide which one should win. And also two designs might be also hard enough for you, therefore you give your heart and soul into it.
Q4:That is a hard question. Some people like to be surprised and others want to know what to buy for their hard owned foods. I for example enjoy both variations.
If the first stage already looks astonishing I dont care for the others at all, but if not I look at the other stages to decide whether to buy or maybe wait for being cheaper.
