Yes, we live together and I don't hide kofk from him. Sometimes I ask him what he thinks of my avis, too I remember the dark times he used to criticize each and every one of them, but now I either improved or he just doesn't bother anymore because he usually says it's pretty or at least okay XD

@redk5: If you can't find it, it also might be a quest triggered by another quest being done.
I have that brooch in my selling thread, just saying fyi, if you got too impatient with questing for it I don't have any use for most of the quest items.
