And here I'm just waiting for friday because of the fandisc to code realize coming out XD (visual novel game that i played recently, fandiscs are basically not full sequels to visual novel games that are rarely ever localized as is, and this one is getting localized)

I don't think I've ever heard of fandiscs before, that sounds interesting! I haven't given much time to visual novels but I do enjoy them.

Prior to the code realize one, I'd semi i heard the term prior, but i'd never known what they were until i looked it up because of seeing it used for the new code realize game XD.

But yeah basically they are senarios or small additions to the story of the original game but aren't true sequels.
