I've done yoga once, and it wasn't a choice lol It was part of my P.E. class in high school... It was alright I guess :u

I had a whole yoga class in my highschool and I loved it
It's a surprisingly cardiovascular workout

My fave is that it's different for everyone and it's built to be that way
Tons of modified poses
and meditation after is the bomb.com

Yeah! My yoga teacher (who was also my english teacher lol) made us run miles. And it was in that class that I got my fastest time.... Almost 9 min hahaah that's fast for me!
Ugh, I forget the name, but the laying down pose was the best hehe

yoga has nothing to do with running XD but nice on your time... i think my best is a mile in 13 minutes XD (i have shoddy cardio)

The savasana? Where you meditate lying down at the end?

Tbh my fave poses are candlestick and plow
But goddess is also up there

I have done yoga from watching youtube videos and workout vids. Quite different from having a teacher to actually correct your mistakes, but I have never done a fitness class and am kind of unfit so I would be super self conscious :mcsad:
